Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the exploration of novel AI methodologies, focusing on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing advancements.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific industry verticals, ensuring low latency and high accuracy in production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term innovation strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and model deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Model Engineering: Proven track record of deploying large-scale models and optimizing inference performance.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and innovate solutions for unstructured challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile development environments with a focus on continuous delivery.
