Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI strategy.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed in production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and database technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
