Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, GANs).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
