Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade models using modern frameworks.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to explore new methodologies in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation, and ethical AI guidelines within the engineering team.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data quality, feature engineering, and dataset management.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is highly preferred.
- Modeling: Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experience deploying models to production environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
