Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure using modern cloud technologies.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific enterprise use cases to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI capabilities into our products.
- MLOps: Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment of models in production environments.
- Code Review: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, linear algebra, and probability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
