Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize deep neural networks for high-throughput inference and low-latency edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable software products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging paradigms in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and robotics.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong proficiency in distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
