Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Intelligence: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning models and neural network architectures focused on the evolving demands of 2026.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead internal R&D projects to explore emerging paradigms in Deep Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI.
- Optimize Large Models: Engineer high-performance solutions for Large Language Models (LLMs), reducing latency and computational overhead.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge research into deployable, production-grade software.
- Establish Best Practices: Build and mentor a culture of technical excellence, defining coding standards and AI ethics guidelines for the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping complex machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, with a keen interest in AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) research.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
