Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning models for perception and path planning.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference on edge devices and embedded systems.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to integrate AI models into real-world robotic platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure safety and reliability in dynamic, unpredictable environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive technical best practices across the machine learning team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, specifically using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with model deployment tools (TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO).
- Deep understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RL) and its application in control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
