Your Mission:
Design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that leverage quantum-inspired algorithms. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and ready for the demands of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect next-generation AI models utilizing hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Lead the migration of legacy ML pipelines to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, security, and ethical usage.
- mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and parallel processing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
