Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems optimized for future quantum hardware architectures.
- Lead the research, prototyping, and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 vision, ensuring alignment with industry-leading standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior data scientists, ML engineers, and quantum researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines for edge computing and decentralized networks to support real-time processing.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with emerging global tech regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, or quantum computing research.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and driving innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
