Role Overview: In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving neural networks, distributed systems, and quantum algorithm integration. Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture of large-scale AI and quantum computing systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize infrastructure performance, reducing latency and improving computational efficiency for complex AI workloads.
- Cloud Integration: Manage and deploy solutions on leading cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) using containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure strict compliance with industry standards for data protection and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and deliver robust engineering solutions under tight deadlines.
