Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable AI models and deep learning architectures.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models in production.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
