Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures specifically tailored for 2026-scale data processing and inference speeds.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents capable of complex, autonomous reasoning.
- Optimize model training pipelines using distributed computing frameworks to handle exabyte-scale datasets.
- Conduct rigorous mathematical and empirical research to validate new algorithms and publish findings in top-tier academic venues.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, user-facing AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains relevant and competitive in the evolving AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (RL).
- Proven track record of publishing in leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and model serving technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
