Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and LLM optimization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into deployable, production-grade software.
- Establish architectural best practices and code standards for the 2026 Initiative team.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model training and inference performance to reduce latency and cost.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or applied research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping impactful AI products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
