Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement next-generation deep learning architectures capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- Optimize Inference: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines that reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research in Chain-of-Thought reasoning and autonomous agent workflows to push the boundaries of AI capability.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams to translate high-level strategic goals into technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks to ensure model reliability and safety in production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Maturity: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
