Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Project 2026, focusing on high-throughput inference and low-latency training.
- Lead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reasoning capabilities, and safety parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical research into production-ready features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
