Responsibilities

- Model Deployment: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure models are deployed, monitored, and updated efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and designers to translate complex research into user-friendly applications.
- Paper Publication: Author and publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals to establish thought leadership.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior researchers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Hardware Optimization: Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize algorithms for next-generation quantum and edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning research or software engineering with a strong focus on AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and derive actionable insights from data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
