Responsibilities
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary foundation models, focusing on scalability, safety, and multimodal capabilities.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our AI research initiatives, ensuring alignment with our 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence.
- Publication & Impact: Publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish our thought leadership.
- Productionization: Bridge the gap between academic research and production deployment, optimizing models for real-world latency and cost.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish in peer-reviewed venues.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex system architectures and derive insights from large-scale datasets.
