Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable product features.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and evaluation of model performance against industry benchmarks.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
- Lead code reviews and architectural decisions to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging AI trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and pre-training techniques.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in MLOps and deployment pipelines (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
