Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of next-generation generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise scalability.
- Model Optimization: Design and implement efficient inference pipelines to reduce latency and enhance computational efficiency for real-time applications.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI research, identifying emerging trends in quantum computing and neural-symbolic integration.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publication & IP: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in research, development, or engineering roles within top-tier tech companies or AI labs.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended research problems and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
