Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures for enterprise-grade applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, specifically focusing on Generative AI integration and LLM optimization.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to MLOps and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with proven experience deploying models to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
