What You'll Do
In this pivotal role, you will define the AI roadmap for the organization, translating complex business needs into scalable machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to build systems that are not only smart but also ethical and secure.
Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI and machine learning pipelines to support ticketing, logistics, and fan engagement.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of big data sets to derive actionable insights for event operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with the overall Games strategy.
- Innovation Management: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to recommend and integrate new technologies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in large-scale event management, sports technology, or similar high-stakes environments is a plus.
