Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with company-wide business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of scalable AI infrastructure, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.
- Oversee a high-performance team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to drive innovation.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and safety protocols for all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) for potential application.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, strategy, or a similar senior leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in navigating regulatory landscapes and ethical considerations in AI development.
