Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy for AI systems targeting the 2026 deployment phase.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Quantum AI) and recommend integration strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system integrity and security.
- Drive cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on technical milestones and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transformations and system migrations.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
