Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable machine learning models, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Innovation: Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Proven experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
