Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI and technology strategy roadmap aligned with our 2026 business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning models, neural networks, and predictive analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and data science—to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Lead technical initiatives to improve system scalability, data integrity, and processing speed.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Quantum Computing) to ensure Apex remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept through to deployment.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
