Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between abstract research concepts and business-critical technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
