Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2026 AI Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Conduct high-level research on generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems to forecast future needs.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, Machine Learning, or Strategic Product Management.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
