As a key architect, you will define the technical vision for our flagship 2026 product suite, collaborating with world-class engineers and product strategists to deliver high-impact solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for the 2026 release cycle and beyond.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architecture for large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in researching and integrating next-gen AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps).
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage by 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems that have impacted millions of users.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
