Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead complex system integrations involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior developers and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure high delivery velocity and code quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and architectural reviews for new feature implementations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on scalable distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle.
