Role Overview:
You will be responsible for architecting the technical strategy that aligns with our 2026 business objectives. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that our vision is executable, sustainable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex, high-performance systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Tech Leadership: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with product and business leaders, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) into our core infrastructure.
- Code Review & Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to maintain the highest quality bar.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
