Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical architecture for Project 2026 and related initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery timelines.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
