Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and quantum simulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept development to validate new technologies and methodologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and non-technical partners.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and mitigate risks in the development lifecycle proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI & Data: Proven track record integrating Generative AI models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments and pivot strategies based on emerging tech trends.
