Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct rigorous testing, benchmarking, and evaluation of new technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and research.

- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and neural networks.
