Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global AI trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and disruption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major technology initiatives.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and industry standards.
- Product Evangelism: Partner with product teams to integrate advanced AI features into our core software suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI development, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating technical research into scalable business products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
