In this role, you will lead the technical direction of our smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). You will work at the intersection of cryptography, economics, and computer science to solve complex problems in interoperability and scalability.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead architectural decisions for Layer 1 and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Optimize smart contract gas efficiency and reduce transaction costs.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Integrate Web3 protocols into existing legacy systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies and standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.
- Experience deploying and managing dApps on Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, hashing, and consensus mechanisms.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Go, Python).
