Responsibilities
- Define the 3-year AI Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting breakthrough technologies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align AI initiatives with broader business goals.
- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Direct research projects focused on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with global regulations and ethical standards.
- Drive Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the technology department.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for technological advancement.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
