Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key technologies that will define our industry landscape.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with broader business goals and financial projections.
- Oversee the pilot programs and proof-of-concept phases for futuristic technologies to ensure feasibility and ROI.
- Manage a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and strategic planners.
- Develop a governance framework for adopting high-risk, high-reward technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
