Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our upcoming flagship products, ensuring alignment with industry trends and company goals.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling billions of transactions.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core operational workflows.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure full compliance with emerging data privacy regulations.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces) to prepare for future market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in distributed systems.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong background in designing AI architectures and integrating LLMs into production environments.
