Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, quantum-ready computing systems for next-gen applications.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI and Autonomous agents, ensuring ethical and safe deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps for post-silicon computing architectures and neural interfaces.
- Mentor a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists in emerging tech stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into MVPs.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and resilience in decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or computational science.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML models in production environments.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or blockchain consensus mechanisms is a major plus.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
