Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-scale, future-proof software systems with a 5+ year horizon.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI models and quantum-ready algorithms into core product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and product vision.
- Optimize system architecture for speed, security, and energy efficiency in edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of Python, Rust, or Go, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit/Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
