Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the development of the company’s 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and their potential business impact.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level visions into concrete technical specifications.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior strategists and engineers in exploring unconventional solutions.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk analyses on emerging tech adoption to ensure business continuity and data security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast market shifts and align technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
