Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize complex algorithms and data pipelines to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact product delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka) is a plus.
