Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption patterns across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly foresight reports synthesizing global signals from 15+ industries
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or trend analysis at Fortune 500 level
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or Web3
