Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and decentralized systems through 2026
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions and their societal impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Present executive-level briefings on future technology landscapes and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful technology commercialization projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
