Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and executive foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate strategic workshops with C-suite executives on future scenarios
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies' societal implications
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 moonshot innovation projects
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought leaders
- Present findings at World Economic Forum and TED-style conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier media
- Expertise in scenario planning and backcasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech, and AI governance
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive strategies
- Experience with global foresight networks (WFS, APF, etc.)
- Portfolio of 5+ future-shaping projects delivered
