Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level decision-makers in Fortune 500 companies
- Curate and host quarterly FutureSummits with industry disruptors and thought leaders
- Translate complex futures research into compelling executive presentations and whitepapers
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Build and lead a global network of futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and quantitative trend modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation portfolio
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
