As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and venture partners to identify emerging trends, develop scenario-planning frameworks, and accelerate breakthrough technologies. Your insights will directly shape our multi-billion dollar investment strategy and product development pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for 2026 market landscapes and technological disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with design, product, and data science teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech conferences
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, etc.)
- Deep technical literacy in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals or platforms
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
