- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare organizational strategies for disruptive future shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation human-machine interaction systems
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members using data visualization and narrative storytelling
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future literacy across all organizational levels
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' synthesizing global technological trajectory analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight certification body)
