Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying disruptive opportunities across sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging technology ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
